NEW LIFESTYLE..

wahhh.. tajuk mcm hape jek..
ekceli, i'm on my way to try nue lifestyle..
more healthy, kot..
diet..?? oh.. tidak!
i'm a food lovers, i love to eat..
food is my bestfren when my mood is upside down <~ betulkah terms itoo..??
so, no need for diet.. may be ubah jumlah serving jek kot..
from large portion to medium ke..
senaman..?? errr.. hehehe~ *malu2*
 ekceli, ramai sgt dok suggest me to bersenam..
and i keep on giving excuses and excuses and excuses..
mereka berkata, senaman boleh menguruskan badan and yg paling penting boleh menyihatkan badan..
since i'm not very healthy person, then, exercise can help me utk jd lebey sehat.. adakah..??
but, i ni jenis manusia yg tak suka lihat hasil secara perlahan2..
i suka buat benda yg cpt nmpk perubahannya..
jd, kalo setakat suh i g jogging, yg i mmg x larat tu, baru lari sikit da penat, then, keje i adlh berjalan2 jek kt taman tu, adakah akan nampak hasilnya juak..??
org itoo kata akan nampak hasilnya, tp agak lambat lah..
itu yg i plg benci..!!
then, org itoo mengingatkan ttg ksederhanaan.. oh..oh..~ padan muke! haha~
baiklah.. baiklah..!! stop nagging!
i try ok.. what shud i do then..??
x pe kah kalau setakat berjalan2 d taman then balik..??
kalau setakat nk berjalan, kt skola pon i da penat berjalan..
jalan dari staffroom ke kelas kelas..
its a kind of exercise too, aite..??
then, can i skip jalan2 d taman..?? the answer is no..!!
baeklah.. i try ok.. lets look foward for the results during my next weigh in ms My S.A's wed nanti.. huwaaaaaa~
